Fishing-  Whispering Valley is located on the head waters of Little Bay de Noc, a great place to fish for Walleye, Bass, Salmon, Pike, Trout, and Perch.  Then you can use our fish cleaning station to clean your catch, and our freezer storage to keep it fresh.

Hunting- Located in Rapid River, MI, Whispering Valley is located near federal land available for hunting Deer, Bear, and Turkey (in season of course!)

Golfing- There are several challenging golf courses within 30 minutes of Whispering Valley, all very reasonably priced!

Antiquing- Don't forget to shop the finest Antique stores the Upper Peninsula has to offer.

Shopping-  We are located just minutes from the Delta Plaza in Escanaba, MI where you will find any necessities you may need and some unique items you may be looking for.

Gaming- Rapid River is a great central location to start from if casinos are your destination.  We are located half-way between Manistique, Michigan and Harris, Michigan which are the location of two of the biggest casinos in the UP.  Casinos in Christmas and Marquette are less than 90 minutes away!

Hiking/Biking- Whispering Valley has great hiking and biking trails that go on for miles and miles.  Whether you're feeling ambitious or looking for a little leisure time you will find our trails to your liking!

ORVing-  Whispering Valley adjoins over 90 miles of ORV trails that can take you all over the central UP so they are perfect for your four wheeler in the summer or a snowmobile in the winter.
